Pishinychu is a fictigender defined as "a small shinygender that feels fuzzy with a small electric charge, related to Shiny Pichu. Also known as pichushinygender, shinypichugender, shinypigenderchu & pishinygenderchu."1

History of the term

Pikashiny was coined on January 27, 2019, 2019 by tumblr user imoga-pride. The flag was created at the same time.2
