Sithisian is a fictigender defined as "when your gender is a deep, cold void. It is genderless, but can be mixed with feminine and/or masculine energies. Also can have a soft, violent feel to it. Based off of Sithis from The Elder Scrolls series.1"

History of the term

Sithisian was coined on January 9, 2020 by tumblr user occultflags. The flags were created at the same time.2
